Richard Lecinski

Biography

Richard J. Lecinski is an of counsel attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C., practicing with the firm’s litigation group.  Rich began working with Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. in 2000, primarily assisting with complex litigation matters.  His primary practices areas are civil litigation and administrative law.  Rich has been handling personal injury and workers’ compensation cases in Missouri and Illinois for over twenty years. 

Rich grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.  He moved to St. Louis in 1993 to attend Saint Louis University and has lived here ever since.  Rich graduated cum laude in 1998 with three degrees (Biology, Chemistry, and Theology) and then earned his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University in 2002. Rich also earned a Certificate in Health Law and an Academic Excellence Award for the highest grade in his Administrative Law class. While in law school, Rich interned at St. Louis University Hospital’s legal department and worked for the law office of James Dailey Wahl. 

In 2003, Rich started his own practice primarily focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, while also handling a variety of civil and traffic matters.  In addition, Rich has assisted other attorneys with appellate matters and argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission.

Rich continues to live in the City of St. Louis with his wife, Mona Monteleone, their three children, and two dogs.  Rich loves playing bocce and is on the Board of Directors of the Italia-America Bocce Club located on the Hill.
