Devin Gant

Biography

Devin Gant is an associate attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. in the Corporate and Business Department. Devin’s practice includes assisting companies in all areas of their business, including corporate compliance, vendor agreements, contracts, policies & procedures, asset purchase agreements, business agreements, corporate compliance, employment agreements, releases, severance agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, leases, minute books and vendor agreements.

Devin previously worked in Health law where he appealed the wrongful denial of insurance claims on behalf of hospitals. In this capacity, Devin worked with over 100 divisions of various insurance companies and secured verdicts of over $5 million to be paid back to the hospitals for the medically necessary services they provided to patients.
