BIOGRAPHY:
Elana Simha is an associate attorney at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. where she works with the business litigation department. Elana’s practice focuses primarily on drafting complex legal documents and pleadings for both trial and appellate level cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Elana served as an enforcement attorney at the US Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights, where she oversaw investigations into alleged violations of federal civil rights. Elana began her career as an associate attorney in various private law firms that focused on special education advocacy and litigation, estate planning and elder law.
Elana received her juris doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Elana earned a master’s degree in Education and Special Education from Hunter College. Elana received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Yeshiva University – Stern College.
Elana is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri.
