Nicole Gorovsky

Biography

Nicole Gorovsky, a dedicated and passionate legal advocate, has joined Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski, P.C. as a partner in the business litigation department!  Her practice focuses on complex business and commercial litigation.

Nicole started her career as a prosecutor – first, doing criminal appellate work, then as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. Nicole then became a Federal Prosecutor and won numerous awards for excellence in prosecution. She has prosecuted hundreds of homicides, sex crimes, and crimes against children. 

After ten years as a prosecutor, Nicole went into private practice to do complex civil litigation including representing crime victims against abusers. Nicole has participated in over fifty jury trials, both in federal and state courts. Her cases have appeared in several national and international news outlets including CNN, the Guardian, the New Yorker, and the New York Times. She has argued hundreds of cases in state and federal appeals courts.

Now Nicole uses her litigation skills to help business clients find resolutions, evaluate litigation risks, and get to their goals. Her experience and knowledge allow her to guide her clients through winning strategies.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan where she attended the Honors College, and her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis where she was awarded a Scholar in Law student scholarship.

Nicole participates in several philanthropic and professional organizations including the National Council of Jewish Women, the Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) and the Professional Women’s Alliance (PWA). She is also a regular panelist on St. Louis on the Air’s Legal Roundtable on St. Louis Public Radio.
