Yaakov Y. Klein is a partner at Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Payne & Pudlowski with the Corporate and Business Department. Yaakov’s practice focuses on providing businesses with daily legal management and guidance. Yaakov is passionate about assisting companies in all areas of their business, including, corporate compliance, vendor agreements, contracts, policies & procedures, employment and strategic planning, asset purchase agreements, business agreements, corporate compliance, employee handbooks, employment agreements, releases, severance agreements, term sheets, letters of intent, leases, minute books and vendor agreements.
Yaakov recognizes that when clients rely on him as corporate counsel, he becomes a crucial component to the client’s business and operations. Yaakov is a member of The Missouri Bar, The State Bar of California and the Colorado Bar Association. Yaakov received his Bachelor in Talmudic Law at Ner Israel Rabbinical College and his juris doctorate from California Western School of Law.
